Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may need a full refund or replacement.

How Return or replacement Process work at FIRSTGET?

After placing order Vendors have a maximum of 24 hours to complete the order. But if he/she failed to do that then FIRSTGET will refund all money of that buyer within 5 to 6 Business Working Days. 

Now here are some conditions & rules for Refund or Replacement:-

How does FIRSTGET SHOP Escrow work?

After Order of Physical product like any premium accounts or any other thing. Your money first goes to Our bank, after the seller completed your order. We still hold your money for 6 days. But After 7 to 8 days your money will be given to sellers.

Note:- Above Criteria works on digital ( instant downloads ) products too.

Types of the seller at FIRSTGET SHOP

There are 2 types of sellers at FIRSTGET Shop i.e New & Verified Sellers.

Who are new sellers?

- New sellers ( Those who just joined and not even a member for one month.. You can see the seller joining date from his/her profile )

Here are some FaQ:-

  1. What if a new seller adds more than 1-month validity product? 

- Our AI program keeps monitoring new seller product adding activity so in that case, we can give a notice to the seller. In some cases, our system may not able to recognize seller activity. So web members can report us about that...

  1. What if a new seller sold more than 1-month validity product on-site? 

- In that case, we will warn the seller strictly & if next time he/she does the same then we will ban his/her account without any payment.. ( Note: Seller payment will go in the pending list till we confirm buyer that he/she want that account or not)

Note:- We hold buyer money for 7 to 8 days in both case weather seller is new or verfied. The main difference is Verfied seller will provide full support buyer..

For Example:- You purchased any account of validity of more than 1 months and if account stop in between then you can contact seller for replacement or refund..

What if Verfied seller not provide replacement or refund ?

- In this case. We will try to help buyer as much as possible from our end. Also If buyer need Seller full legal details then we can share it too.

How does Refund Process work?

There are two types of the refund process.

Refund from FIRSTGET Shop.

We Can only give a refund from our side if your money is still with us. After 6 days we give your money to the seller. Hence, please contact us ( Our Staff ) for a refund only if 6 days are not completed after placing your order.

Refund from Seller.

 After we give payment to the seller, FIRSTGET Shop is not responsible for the refund of the Customer. However, We can look after the Customer's Problem for which he/she need a refund.

If Seller Able to prove that he/she is genuine then Customer can't get a refund or if the seller failed then Carnival Shop Staff can only force the seller to give refund.. ( We Can Only ask him and can't do anything except that. ) Also Some sellers even don't expect refund so, in that case, we can't do Anything.

Note:- It's Better to check the Description of the product before buying or you can also contact the seller directly if you have any type of dought. 

How does the replacement process work?

Replacement can only be done of the Physical category product..No replacement will be done in a digital product case. However, Refund can be applied in Digitals Products categories.

Note:- Replacement can be done if the product stop working ( Account's Stop working). We are not responsible for replacement guarantee after 6 days of order placing.

Hence, It's Better to check the Description of the product before buying or you can also contact the seller directly if you have any type of dought. 

Conditions of No Refund or Replacement.

  • You Bought another product and now you need a different product
  • Not following our rules
  • Giving Fake Proof for getting refund or replacement
  • Seller sent completed your order but now Buyer saying he/she don't need it
  • Refund Is not possible in cracked Account
  • You Can't Cancel your order after placing in any case.. ( After 24 hours if seller not give product then we will send refund automaticaly )
  • Note:- All Refunds that were made by us will be issued with 4 to 5 days for Indian Users and non - Indians it can take up to 7 to 8 business days.
